All admin/ manager users receive an email notification titled 'new application to review' every time a customer submits a new account application to the 1Centre dashboard. Furthermore when you are logged into 1Centre you will see ‘Actions that need taking’ on your Dashboard which shows how many applications you have to approve.
How will I be notified when I have applications to approve?
