Any admin or manager user can delete an application that has not been submitted by the applicant.
To do this:
1. Go to Pipeline > the applications credit file
2. Click the 'delete/archive' tab on the top menu of the credit file
3. Click delete
4. Confirm that you want to delete the application permanently
Note: An application that has been submitted by the applicant cannot be deleted, it can, however, be archived to clean up the pipeline.
