There is a full suite of emails that your prospects/customers will receive. Many of these can be viewed and tailored by admin users in the email notifications tab of the business profile.
For example,
When using the Rep/Sales channel, your prospects will receive the email called send application - customer email.
If prospects start their application via the QR or Website Channel, your prospects will receive the email called website application - customer email.
