The financials tab enables suppliers to ask specific question about a prospects financial position and enables the supplier to request a copy of their financial statements. This would typically be used where a Supplier is extending a large limit and needs that extra reassurance of the prospect customers ability to repay.
Via Add ons tab Supplier admin users can select entity types and credit limit range that prompts the customer to fill out Financials add on part during the application.
The data fields here include:
- Assets & Liabilities ( the system will automatically calculate total net worth based on the data input)
- Income & Expenses ( the system will automatically calculate total surpluss based on data input)
- Financial statements upload functionality (a copy of latest monthly management accounts )
Suppliers can switch on all the 3 options or any combination of the options.
