Go to the customer file you would like to make notes on. Click on sub-menu Notes, you will find all notes in a list under the Add Notes section. Click on the title to review the content. Existing notes can only be edited by the application initiator - the modified note will appear below the original one. Edit notes function is disabled for any existing notes, once the application is approved.
