Once an application is approved via 1CAD, your customer will automatically be emailed notification, if you have turned on the 'time delay' function in your email notifications tab, this is when it will go out.  The 1CAD ruleset and version will be imprinted on the PDF application for future reference and referred to in the review application screen.

Level 1 approver/s are also sent an email to notify them that an application has been approved via 1CAD.
