Email customisation allows you to tailor your messaging on emails sent automatically from your account upon certain events happening - for example when an application is approved. To do this your admin user follows the below steps:
- Go to Settings;
- Profile;
- Email customisation.
You are able to:
Messaging: Tailor messaging to align with your own brand voice:
Time delay: The system will delay when emails are sent - this is handy for approved applications giving you time to load your new customer in your system;
Attachments & Links: You are able to add both to any email;
Preview: You can view what your customer will see prior to saving it.
