The 1Centre system will try three times to send through the approved file, if on the third attempt this has not been successful an exception email notification will be sent through to your designated email to advise of this. Your side can then investigate to resolve, and where needed can come back to us for further assistance.
How do I know if an approved virtual credit file has not successfully loaded through the API transfer?
