Sometimes it is necessary to contact the customer / applicant for more information eg perhaps they didn't upload their ID during the application process or the director hasn't actioned the personal guarantee. Any supplier user can see the contact details for the applicant via Applications - click on any business name to view application details - click on Business details to access company and applicant contact details.
