If a guarantor has not actioned their authorisation workflow, you can resend it by going to the applications credit file: 

1. Go to the credit file, accessible from your Pipeline page; 

2. Go to the e-signatures tab on the left-hand menu of the credit file; 

3. Click the 'resend authorisation' button next to the nominated guarantor.
