1Centre is optimised for Google Chrome web browser. The main cause of issues on 1Centre is outdated browsers - please ensure you have the latest version of the web browser in order for 1Centre to work without a hitch. We support the last 2 versions of any browser ( IE, Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome).


Also - it's advisable to clear your cookies and cache of the web browser you are using to ensure optimal 1Centre performance.


 

Clear the cookies and cache in your web browser

Before clearing your cookies and cache, close any files or web pages you have open. Once you complete this process, restart your browser and log back into 1Centre.

When should I clear my cookies and cache?

  • If you're having trouble logging into 1Centre. 
  • If pages in 1Centre are running slowly, or if buttons or links aren't displayed correctly.
  • If 1Centre isn't showing the latest information after you've saved or refreshed the page.

Google Chrome

  1. If you have a PC, hold Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard. 

    If you have a Mac, hold Command + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.

  2. Set 'Obliterate the following items from' to the beginning of time.
  3. Select the checkbox next to Cookies and other site and plug-in data.
  4. Select the checkbox next to Cached images and files.
  5. Click Clear browsing data.

Internet Explorer

  1. Hold Ctrl + Shift + Delete on the keyboard.
  2. Click to clear the Preserve Favorites website data checkbox.
  3. Select the checkbox next to Temporary Internet files and website files.
  4. Select the checkbox next to Cookies and website data.
  5. Click Delete.

Mozilla Firefox 

  1. If you have a PC, hold Control + Shift + Delete on your keyboard. 

    If you have a Mac, hold Command + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.

  2. Set Time range to clear to Everything.
  3. Select the checkbox next to Cookies.
  4. Select the checkbox next to Cache.
  5. Select the checkbox next to Active Logins.
  6. Click Clear Now.

Safari

  1. Click Safari in the upper left corner of the screen.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Click Privacy.
  4. Select Remove all Website Data.
  5. Click Remove Now.
