Status indicators with definition are:

- Not started: Where this section has not been started yet (Light grey);
- In progress: Where the section is in progress (Dark grey);
- Complete: Where that section of the process is completed in full, includes pass/fail outcomes (Blue).

An application can be approved regardless of whether any section of the application is in progress or completed. The decision still sits with the approvers.

If an email bounces or an application is declined a Red status indicator will appear.
