If the Supplier asks for a personal guarantee on their smart form - the system automatically picks the company director(s) from Companies office. Pick from the list the company director you wish and type in their email address. By completing this step does not mean acceptance of personal guarantee. The director receives an email that they need to action on order to accept or decline the personal guarantee terms and conditions.
Does filling in the personal guarantee part of the application mean I accept to be guarantor?
