Data ownership and privacy laws are changing - so we're optimising for this. You will now be able to tokenise the identity (ID) your customer uploads. This means that post final approval the physical copy of the captured ID will be wiped from the 1Centre database and replaced with a token.
By default, Approver users will be able to see tokenised IDs, other users will not have visibility unless you enable this permission through their profile page.
