I can’t see the copy of my customers identification anymore – why?

This will occur if your 1Centre Anti-Fraud (1CAF) rules have been set to tokenise the identification.

If tokenisation is enabled, the default rules will allow approver users to view IDs in the virtual credit file.

To allow non-approver users to view IDs, update the permission in their user profile.
