If tokenisation is enabled, select users will be able to view IDs prior to approval.

By default, Approver users will be able to view tokenised IDs when they click on the token. Any users who are not approvers default to ‘not viewable’.  

If you would like to give non-approver users visibility of the ID prior to approval please change the permission on their user profile.
