- The credit report is usually correct, even if the company is not a new business.
- The reason for the '0' score is because it's the first time the customer has had a credit report run through Equifax.
- Equifax advises that if a second report was to be run (~>10 days) - this would show a score, taking into account age of business, PPSR and the last enquiry.
Why is the credit report showing zero score?
