Approval of trade reference
2.Defer
Unable to contact the referee on number of occasions
Incomplete information on application
3.Fail
Unsatisfactory payment history
Referee doesn't exist
Referee's company doesn't exist
Referee's position differs from that on application
Referee is a family member
Referee is a friend
