Admin users can edit user types. 

There are 3 types of users; 

1. standard user (typically a sales rep) 

2. Manager user (sales/team manager) 

3. admin user (The 1Centre account owner or other senior staff members who can change rules) 

To edit users go to: 

1. Settings > profile > your team page 

2. Edit users by clicking the edit button next to the team member's name
